1. Returns & Refunds for Store Errors
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged product due to our mistake, we sincerely apologize. You are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Contact us within 2 working days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos of the wrong or damaged item.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- We will arrange a return and issue a full refund once we confirm the issue.
2. Returns & Refunds for Customer Errors
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving the item.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We will not refund the original shipping cost.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Used or opened products.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Returns requested beyond 2 working days after delivery.
