Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Mode

Courier companies will be chosen depending on the customer’s locations.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time will be normally 2 to 3 working days after confirming the order, Order will be confirmed to the customer over the email or through a phone call or both.

Returns & Exchange Policy

a. Damaged/wrong Item received

  • We will request customers to contact us on email within 1 working day after receiving the shipment with a picture of the damaged goods.

  • We request customers to keep all the returned items in an original condition, as sold condition, this condition will be exempted for damage item on delivery.

  • Pickup will be arranged the next work day to collect the damaged or wrong item from the customer.

  • Damaged item will be replaced with the good item if it’s available in stock or we can give them gift coupons or store credits which they can use to buy anything else, choice is left with the customer.

  • Delivery charge will be paid by the company; customer need not pay for the delivery charge.

b. Customer wants to exchange because they don’t like the item (not what they expected)

  • If customer wants to exchange an item, then we request them to contact us on our phone or email or both within 1 working day after goods are received.

  • But in this case, the customer is required to bear the shipping charges.

  • Item should be in a pristine condition as received by them.

  • We will not be able to exchange any item if it was used due to hygienic reasons.

Order Cancellation
  • If a customer wishes to simply cancel an order after checkout, we will request them to do so within 24 hours by calling us or during order confirmation process, once the order is confirmed and shipped out; latter cancellation would be difficult for us.

  • If a customer has purchased an item on weekends or on public holidays and if they wish to cancel, no worries, they can wait for next working day to reach us or they can wait for our order confirmation email or phone call, where they can inform us to cancel an order.
